SEASONAL GINS
Our love affair with gin began in Singapore over 20 years ago. A perfect evening was to sit under the banyan tree, sheltered from the soft patter of rain, tall glass of ice in hand, a generous splash of gin and a dash of tonic.
Bliss.
We continue to share the simple pleasure of good company, laughter and gin surrounded by the snow capped mountains and glacial lakes of Queenstown.
SPRING

AUTUMN
Autumn evokes childhood memories of backyard raids on Feijoa trees, gorging on the ripe fruit until your tummy hurt. Feijoas, pears, apples and chai spices combine to recreate those cherished memories of the crisp air and yummy, belly-filling treats of Autumn.
