FRENCH 75
On the third day of Christmas, my true love understood my heart...French 75 all the way.
1 1/2 nips Drift The Remarkable
1/2 nip lemon juice
1 1/2 barspoons powdered sugar
2 1/2 nips French Champagne
Stir sugar with gin and lemon juice until dissolved. Shake with ice & strain into chilled glass. Top with champagne & stir.
Serve in a Champagne flute
Garnish with a twist of lemon
