MILLIONAIRE'S MARTINI
On the 11th day of Christmas, my true love gave to me 11 pipers piping & I made a Millionaire's Martini & it was glorious.
2 nips Drift The Remarkable
2 nips Dry Vermouth
1 nip (or to taste) Piper Hiedsieck Champagne
Stir dry vermouth and gin with ice. Pour into glass and top with Champagne.
Serve in a Coupe Glass
Garnish with a lemon twist
