THE REMARKABLE COCKTAIL RECIPE
SPRUCE GOOSE
On the 6th Day of Xmas, my true love gave to me 6 geese a laying...the Spruce Goose was the pick of them.
1 1/2 nips Drift The Remarkable
1/2 nip Dry Sherry
1 teaspoon Pernod
3/4 nip Frangelico
1/2 nip lemon juice
3 slices of cucumber
Muddle cucumber in a glass.
Add all other ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake. Double Strain and pour over a glass full of ice.
Serve in a Collins Glass.
Garnish with cucumber
